A national child passenger safety program, created in 2004 by Cincinnati Children's & Toyota, that educates the entire family & gives free car seats and instructions to participating families in need.
Partnership with Discovery Channel that offers free online resources to parents, teachers, schools & teens in all 50 states, as well as annual teen video challenge scholarship contest and high school assemblies and events.
Toyota Driving Expectations has offered behind the wheel, real-world safety experience to over 21,000 parents & teens since 2004. The program has expanded to select schools and dealerships.
The first driver safety program in the U.S. aimed to help drivers adjust to changes behind the wheel as they age. The course is offered online and in the classroom, no tests are involved, and often participants are eligible for a reduced insurance rate. AARP has over 37 million members and, together with Toyota, aims to keep drivers on the road longer, safely.
