Wonderful! Just wonderful!
I was up and down route 22 east and west, many dealerships but absolutely nobody treated me as a real human being until there was Manuel Espinosa. His easy demeanor and his ability to put one at ease made the whole experience a bit less frightening - as opposed to the other places where the piranhas are attacking you from all sides, But not at Autoland. Manny, Lawrence Valdez and Frank Rodriguez could not be friendlier, more knowledgeable, and more approachable. I have found a home away from home. Wonderful! Just wonderful! I haven't stopped telling friends of my positive experience. I am sure they are all envious of my car and my new friends at Autoland Toyota.

I could not have been served any better!
 My name is Richie and I have to tell you I am a big fan of trucks! Having the pleasure of owning a trucking company, hauling cars enables me to not only test drive my favorite vehicles, but to buy them too! I have visited Autoland twice in the past two years and purchased two cars from my salesman Orhan. I had a smooth deal not once, but twice! When I purchased my ‘12 Toyota Rock Edition Tundra from Autoland, I was probably a salesman worst nightmare - I wanted it all and within days it was all there! Autoland even came to my house and hand delivered special mats, rain guards, and all the rest of the goodies I wanted. I could not have been served any better! It is with much thanks and pleasure that I write today. I must admit, I have never written a letter of thanks to a car dealer. My experience over the past 30 years when buying a car, was at best, a stressful and high pressure experience. My interactions with the staff and management team of Autoland Toyota was nothing less than outstanding.
Having had a disappointing interaction with another large dealership in Central New Jersey, I found my way into your location. From the minute I arrived, I was greeted professionally by a team of people who clearly wanted to earn my business. I call that the WOW factor. Simply stated, I knew what I wanted, and was direct and to the point. I was looking for someone to help me complete the financing on a new 2012 Toyota Camry SE, and to say the least, it was easier and much more pleasant than I could have ever imagined.
The initial indication of excellence was my positive interaction with your Finance Director, Mr. Purvish Patel. I can say without reservation, I was so impressed with his ability, which was only second to his willingness to bring a warm a reassuring tone to my experience.

 I recently purchased a new vehicle at Autoland. I have to tell you
that I am very pleased with my new purchase. The sales person was fantastic. Couldn't have been better. Jamel and Mike Jr., were friendly and knowledgeable with a great personality. I was treated like I was the most important
person in the world. The attention was
on me.

My experience was so satisfying...
I meet salesman Rich Badillo in the parking lot and we
discussed my desire to purchase [my vehicle]. He showed me one in the color I
desired and we test drove it. Once I decided that I was happy with the drive
and feel we revisited my needs and decided to go with a different model. Rich
asked me to make an offer on the vehicle. I reviewed my research data and made
what I felt was a fair offer. I was extremely pleased when rich returned and
said that the offer was accepted. I was pleased to discover that the final step
in the purchase process was quick and easy. All questions were answered, my
insurance company was notified and the financing process was simple. After the
purchase several members of the Autoland team called to make sure I was
satisfied or to see if I needed any questions answered. Rich scheduled my
service date to add on side body molding and running boards. The finished
product looks outstanding!
My experience was so satisfying that I have told several
friends and family and have recommended using Autoland for any future auto
purchases.

Excellent job
 I would like to point out that my service adviser, Bill Southerland, does an
excellent job. Also Courtney, the mechanic, is very knowledgeable and caring. He
provided me with very good advice. I would like to recommend him for any raises
or promotion.

Totally devoted to providing a great customer experience
 From my first contact through an online inquiry to my having an Autoland
technician bring my registration and license plates to my house and putting the
plates on the car because I was leaving town, the customer service was
outstanding. My sales representative, Felix, couldn't have been more attentive
throughout the process. While my wife and I were waiting in the showroom during
the sales process, they kept delivering hot pizza to the sales floor. The credit
manager gave me a better interest rate than I expected. When he said I would get
my new license plates in 30 days and I realized I would be out of town then, he
made sure that I got them before I left. This is an organization totally devoted
to providing a great customer experience.

 A little while ago, my dad and I went to Autoland to
browse their inventory and see if anything caught my eye. Not only was I
pleased by their wide selection to choose from, but I was also very pleased by
their friendly and helpful staff. Although the weather was awful and it was
early in the morning, everyone was smiling and eager to assist me in finding the
perfect car. During the short wait, I enjoyed a bagel and coffee while watching
TV in their spacious waiting area. I left with a brand new [vehicle] for a great
